Some people have called John Sahag “Michelangelo with scissors” because he treated his craft with integrity and intensity. He sculpted precision shapes to frame your face, creating The Sahag Dry Cut. Biotin for Hair Growth

I have been using 5 mg of Biotin for hair growth. I have noticed a difference in how fast my hair is growing.

Biotin is a water-soluble B-complex vitamin (vitamin B₇). It was discovered by Bateman in 1916.

Biotin is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats and amino acids. Other symptoms include depression, listlessness, hallucinations and tingling in the arms and legs. There is some evidence that cigarette smoking may cause mild biotin deficiency.

Foods containing Biotin are: tomatoes, romaine lettuce, carrots, almonds, eggs, oats and cucumbers.

In my opinion, you need to take 5mg of Biotin capsules daily (not tablets) to make your hair grow.
